Using plasmid vectors containing either Pol II (CMV) or Pol III (U6) promoters, we have developed a panel of validated siRNA constructs. This includes target genes in various signaling pathways. Currently available ReadyGenes are against Caspase-1, Caspase-8, p65 (NF-kB), p53, IKKa, Syk, and Lamin A/C. Caspase-1, 8, p65, IKKa, and Syk siRNA inserts are cloned into our popular IMG-800 vector. These plasmids can be used in transient transfection assay or for generation of permanently suppressed cell lines.
