Imgenex siRNA retriever program has been designed to select siRNA encoding DNA oligonucleotides that can be cloned into one of the pSuppressor vectors. The input sequence can be directly accessed from a Genbank accession or sequence provided by the researcher.

Features
1. It will find the coding sequence from the input Genbank sequence.
2. It will add the overhang cloning sequences.
3 A choice of loop sequences can be added.
4. Allows choosing G/C contents, multiple repeats.
5. Length of insert sequence can be custom designed.
6. Links to NCBI BLAST program.
Instructions
1. Either enter a Genbank accession number or paste the sequence into appropriate boxes.
2. Choose length of the target sequence in the gene.
3. Choose G/C contents, repeat nucleotides.
4. View results.
5. After viewing the oligonucleotides, do a BLAST search to identify unique sequence.
6. Select loop sequence. The program allows adding predetermined sequences or custom sequence. Adding a restriction site allows easy identification of recombinant clones.
7. Select the appropriate vector.
Results
The program shows set of sequences containing top and bottom oligonucleotides containing restriction over hang, sense, loop, and inverted sequences.

Good luck with your experiments.
